City's $15M budget to 'maintain and sustain'

Developers withdraw annexation application from Elizabeth

The property owners of a 98-acre parcel west of Elizabeth have withdrawn their application for annexation into the Town of Elizabeth. On Aug. 13, town representatives were informed by Elizabeth 86 LLC, the property owners. The news was troubling for the town.
